「We stayed for 3 days , for a convention my husband attended. It was very convenient to his location . We enjoyed being able to cook our meals . The kitchen was stocked nicely . I would recommend this for a couple or single person .」

「We did a weekend getaway so the area was mostly quite. The place was clean but for the freezer that was full of ice cubes everywhere. It is a great apartment, has just about everything you need. Clean linen which is very important to us. I would have liked a more secure parking place but we had no issues.」

「Our stay was lovely. The room is beautifully decorated and the location was perfect for spending 2days at the Biltmore. My only comment would be to book you Biltmore tickets ahead of time. The advertisement stated that you get a free Biltmore ticket if you book The Rose Room. This is correct, but you have to go through a 3rd party to get the ticket and I didn’t receive that information till the day we checked in. I then had to buy an additional ticket for my husband and coordinate the times.」

「A wonderful first-time visit to Asheville as a special treat for my mom, and it was absolutely magical! The time we spent at the house was limited, but it was super comfortable, stocked with all the essentials, tastefully decorated, and there were treats :) It's rare a VRBO host goes the extra mile with little touches like a bottle of wine or chocolates--Sara & Nicole really care and it shows. We enjoyed every minute we spent in the house, and particularly after being on our feet all day...

「Comfy studio apartment located in trendy West Asheville. Furnished with everything one could need for a quick getaway including an incredibly comfortable bed and a large well lit bathroom; plus a nice host family. We'll definitely return the next time we come to Asheville!」

「Very enjoyable. Incredible view. Rustic, but had everything we needed. Approach road is paved but not for the faint of heart - it is one lane and steep, with several hairpin turns. Gas fire is nice but is not vented to the outside. Highlight was seeing a bear!」

「Cozy Upper Room was perfect! The location was wonderful, the accommodations were superb, and the town of Black Mountain was so enjoyable! We really enjoyed eating our meals on the deck, especially our morning coffee. The birds were so vocal in the mornings! And the tub was such a luxury!! We also loved meeting Ottie and Taz, the dogs! What sweethearts!! Also, don't miss out on the local farmers market on Saturday mornings! What a treat, and it's only 3 blocks away! Cozy Upper Room is a fantastic...
