「King bed too high, only 1 bath towel. No safety chain/lock on door. No luggage rack. We arrived exhausted and had to walk to the end of the corridor for the mobile accessible room. They’re all that way. Architects don’t get accessible. No fruit at breakfast.」

「Very kind people!」

「The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious.」

「Friendly staff. Easy parking and short walk to downtown.」

「Quiet, clean, well maintained, comfortable. Staff is courteous and prompt. Will return.」

「I can’t believe people gave this place a good rating… tiles falling off the wall in the bathroom and other areas. Door to bathroom obviously has had water damage. Heating/water lines with rust:paint damage. All of that was nothing compared to the neighbors who had a large dog barking and two screaming children on top of the Packer game. What a disappointment. We purposely stayed out of the Valley to escape the Packer noise and got the neighbor from he— instead. Would not recommend this hotel to...

「HH is a lovely hotel with beautiful lake views. I can’t say enough positive things about this hotel!」

「Great location. Walkable to downtown areas and riverfront.」

「The property is well maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool water was amazingly warm, that's hard to find in hotels. The rooms are clean and spacious with very comfortable beds. The only downside is that they do not have an elevator which was rough with so much heavy luggage. Other than that I would recommend this hotel 100%.」
