Been awhile since we stayed Super 8. We were pleased with this one. Right where we needed to be. Owner/operator clearly proud of the property. Good value. Safe, clean comfortable, smooth/easy check in, chech out. Expedia, however, tends to make this more complicated than necessary. Loved our stay.

Very clean hotel and close to anything you could possibly need. Manish and his wife are courteous, friendly and accommodating. I've stayed here several times and will be returning in a few weeks.

Clean hotel and nice staff. A little dated but comfortable. Breakfast is only muffins and cereal bars and fruit. There is juice and the coffee is good. We would definitely stay there again. They are dog friendly for an extra fee.

Check-in was 3;00, but we arrived two hours early. Our room was ready, but we were charged $20 if we wanted it right then. We took it because there isn't anything else to do in Berlin. We checked out two hours early the next day and received nothing. The fellow was not knowledgeable about Berlin at all. Rooms are small and stuffy. Because the window was warped, we couldn't open it. Bathroom amenities were 3/4 of an ounce each of shampoo and conditioner, a bar of soap, and a roll of toilet paper that was a cross between sandpaper and a Brillo pad. All the windows are in need of repair and paint because they are so weathered and rotten. The bathtub showed witness marks of a mat that must have been there at one time. The washcloth bar was broken off. There is an empty vending machine in the hallway.

It was clean as it could be for as outdated it is. For the price, expected a lot more. The windows were rotten. The continental breakfast was sugary cereal bar and over ripe bananas. The coffee was terrible.

Price was right for a quick overnight. The room was clean and nicer than average pillows for a super 8. Breakfast? Minimal - but good restaurants in town nearby, so we were not counting on the breakfast. Property was a bit worn.

Very uncomfortable bed and I had requested disability room. Toliet was lower than a normal toliet, impossible to get in shower since tub was so high and even with grab bars it was too difficult to get in. Air conditioner didn’t handle the heat that was happening. Staff is not very courteous and welcoming. Would not stay there again.

This is an excellent lower cost motel. It is not the Four Seasons or The Plaza, but it doesn't cost like those places. The room is nice and very clean. The shower has loads of hot water. The bed is comfortable; the people are nice. Breakfast is some fruit and sweet rolls. Maybe the coffee could be a bit better but that's our only downgrade. This is value and for the dollar spent it is excellent value, actually it exceeded our expectations. We pass through this area every year on a way to a family reunion and this place has never let us down. The rooms have been upgraded over the years, and you will not find better at this price point. This is value for a night's stay. There are resorts in this area that charge five times the nightly cost and more but for a night's stay in our opinion you won't do better for the dollar spent. We'll be staying here next year when we pass this way again and we think we'll be happy.
