"The house was clean and renovated, as described in the listing. However, it was somewhat difficult to find because it is located on a small not-well-marked unpaved dead-end winding road. As for the property manager, I don't even know if I was dealing with a human being or some sort of automated response system. I never got a name or phone number; all communication was by chat messages - most of which were not very customer-friendly or helpful."
