The room was very clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and responsive. Breakfast had a lot of options great start in the morning. Unfortunately the water slide was shut down and has been since September. My kids was disappointed wish we knew that before we booked. Not sure when it will reopen.

Clean room, staff was exceptional and pool/waterslide was awesome! Only small complaint is they need stronger wi-fi that covers all rooms (we were on end of hall and constantly cut in and out).

no late check out after arriving two hours late and then changing our room at last minute. hotel is a bit crowded because there is a slide in the pool area. Guess the kids love it. I will say that I didn't hear the little dogs barking on the floor our room was on. So the rooms tend to be insulated very well blocking hallway noise. Other then that when someone's showering, you can hear it clearly. things had dust in the rooms some cleaning is over looked.

The room was great very comfortable. There was some noise (music) after 11pm and had to put ear buds in to sleep but overall we had a.grear expérience. The check in person around 11pm was very helpful when we had some check in challenges. The breakfast was good. I would come here again
