"The first room/first night the heater was stuck. It kept getting hotter and hotter and we couldn’t turn it off. Called the front desk and the only solution was to move rooms but it was 3ish in the morning. I finally googled how to turn it off manually and took off the front of the heater to find the switch. The second night/second room the sink was clogged and you couldn’t move the stopper. The staff was nice but the hotel itself could use some work."

"Stay was very good. The room was very clean The hotel is conveniently located. The only request would be to have a mild coffee choice in addition to the bold version that is available. "

"Very friendly staffs, nice breakfast and spacious room. However the kichen and room should be clean carefully. I brought my toddler granddaughter during this family trip. My husband and I saw like ants & bugs near kichen area and table too. So we let the reception desk it. The staffs solved this issue so quickly and very nicely. So I thank the all staffs. We were changed the room. For the next guests and the reputation of Hilton, the keep cleaning is the priority. Thank you."

"We have gone there many times. I live locally. The waterside is gone and pool freezing. I heard they have new owners. That is the only reason I booked. And it still says there’s a slide. "

"The lake house is a very spacious, beautiful home that easily accommodated our large family over the Thanksgiving holiday. The large kitchen on the main level was well supplied with pots and pans, and all necessities for cooking. The lower level kitchen was a bonus and particularly useful over a holiday weekend when much cooking often takes place. We enjoyed the well appointed bathrooms upstairs that were spacious and designed beautifully. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels. In the master bedroom, there was a wonderful massage chair that we all enjoyed very much! The main floor living room was cozy with a large screen TV and downstairs was another wonderful sitting area with an additional large screen TV. In fact, all the bedrooms had a TV.The best time of year to visit this lovely home would be the summer as it is on a large lake and outdoor activities on the lake would be a great plus. However, even at Thanksgiving, having the lake there was a beautiful setting for us to enjoy looking at.The only reason I haven’t given this property five stars is due to the fact that there are no closets or dressers to put away any clothing. Personally, I do not like living out of a suitcase. We also were not able to get the hot tub to work, which was a disappointment. The last thing I would mention is that there is a magnificent curved staircase when you enter the home, but it is important to be wary of the possibility of slipping or tripping."

"Beautiful spot on the very quaint Swan Lake. The home was very comfortable and cozy with the fireplace and a wall of windows overlooking the lake. The beds were were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. If you are considering a visit, don't hesitate! "
