"The hotel and it staff was exceptional! We were taken great care of and felt really accommodated for such a cheap price! The only downside was the location. It is pretty far of from Krakow centre and the old town but it was nothing unmanagable."

The staff was extremely helpful a special shout out to Olesia who helped me organize my tour to the salt mines, which was truly amazing. Great breakfast and nice grounds for walking on the property. "The property is amazing however there wasn't and info for public transfer and it was a bit too much of a walk to get back into town after a long busy day. Giving that, it was only £3-4 in a Bolt taxi onto the main square so it wasn't bad at all. The place really is a treat to stay at."

"Steam room and dry sauna are very nice. Quite relax after a steam bath. Not many people, basically 1 or 2 people or even just me there every time. "My rating is focused on the hotel's location. The property is ideally situated directly across from a large shopping mall. The charming Old Town is accessible via a leisurely 10-minute walk. During my four-night stay, I consistently observed many people on the streets, including on a Monday evening. The castle is within walking distance, and the picturesque route features numerous churches. The surrounding area boasts a diverse range of exceptional dining establishments, bars, clubs, museums, and other entertainment options. Although the hotel experienced technical issues with the gym, they graciously offered to schedule an appointment for me if needed. Instead, I elected to practice yoga in my room. Traveling to the airport is a significant benefit, with transportation costing approximately $7. To access the airport, simply enter the nearest mall entrance across the street from the hotel, take the escalator down, and follow the signs; the walk is very short. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and convenience"
