「This property was very clean and we enjoyed our time here. It is conveniently located between The Ark Encounter and The Creation Museum which is where we visited. We stopped at the Newport Aquarium on our way to The Upper Room and ate a delicious supper at Barbeque Bob's restaurant. The evening before we left we had ice cream at the little roadside diner on Main Street just down the road from The Upper Room. Thanks for allowing us to use the space.」

「Our experience was very disappointing. The property was not clean upon arrival, and the bathrooms appeared poorly maintained. 「Super clean, comfortable beds, home away from home. We didn’t cook there but if you needed to, you have everything you need. Transparent about being a train town but you can barely hear them, so it’s not an issue. We would definitely stay again!」

「We enjoyed our trip and family time together. The home was charming and definitely one of the cleanest homes we have stayed in while on vacation!Joe was great at responding to our messages whenever we corresponded with him! The only “downfall” was the main bathroom was upstairs but we made it work and would stay here again if ever in the area.
