"The location was perfect and parking on site was great. Unfortunately we were in the front of the hotel and the noise from the street woke us ( we were on floor 9). Even numbered rooms are at the back of the hotel. The air con wouldn't go any lower than 18 and the room was too hot. Breakfast was great and staff were helpful."

"The room was clean. The air conditioner didn’t work, and being on the 10th floor, it would get a bit warm during the day. The windows didn’t open, so no fresh air. As I was leaving to checkout, the door handle came off. The doors had smart locks and you had to help the door close in order for the lock to engage."

The two staff members we dealt with were unhelpful and dismissive, and they did not take the time to properly listen to either myself or my colleague. The interaction became uncomfortable, as their tone and approach came across as unnecessarily aggressive. I would expect a much higher level of professionalism."
