「We really enjoyed our time here, and the view was amazing. The hvac unit for the master bedroom was a bit noisy but we just left the door open and used the cooling for the rest of the unit. There is one more floor above but we didn’t hear any noise from neighbors. The location is convenient though the traffic from Honolulu gets pretty bad during the afternoon, but it is worth it to be in a location that is not crowded with a beautiful beach and lagoon that never got crowded even during peak...

「This property is in a two floor house. This property is at the second floor with a loft. So if there is another visitor down stairs, you need to be carefull about the noise. Generally, the room is clean and equipped with all necessary tools. ACs are old and I didnt want to activate it because it was with a full of dust. There are three pools in this area. Those are shared by visitors and residents. The nearest pool is for users who can use quietely. Those who want to be loud need to use another...

「Really nice location on the North Shore - essentially on the Ritz Carlton resort property. We swam on the beach at the Ritz and ate at a couple of their restaurants. Highly recommend Beach House by Roy for a splurge dinner. We drove around to see other beaches. House only has AC in the bedroom, but it is powerful (and loud). Snorkels, beach umbrella and chairs there that we used on the beaches too. Weird smell in the bathroom but otherwise a great stay.」

One night the loft was pretty hot and the kids slept on the pullout couch but after the first night the temperature was manageable. 」
