「Superb little gem of a hotel with easy access to the nearby lift. We booked a family room last minute and couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Super friendly staff, super clean and cozy, with comfortable beds. Highly recommended! 」

「Tout était très bien. Le personnel aimable et très agréable」

「Beautiful Views. Says 17 minute walk but they don't tell you its up a mountain so more like half hour or more if hauling luggage. They should send email telling uou they have a shuttle to pick you up. After getting there uou pay $8-10 for shuttle each way down to town and back. Only 3 restraurants and no shops. Loved the salt water pool.」

「手頃な価格でありながら、快適で、朝食も美味しいです。 スタッフも皆、親切です。」

「Our stay at this hotel was in early September and the hotel was just opening up for the season. The front desk were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond with providing information about the area. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant staff were attentive to the guests. If you have the option to select the mountain side view it's worth the extra money. The view of the Imperial Crown was absolutely breathtaking and such a peaceful atmosphere.」

「The Hotel Ermitage was great in every way. The hotel staff was exceptional. Everyone was incredibly pleasant, personable, and helpful. The quality of the accommodations was excellent; clean and well attended. The hotel is conveniently located across the street from the Oeschinensee Gondola and within walking distance of the town center. Very peaceful. Overall, it was a great experience.」

「山側の部屋であればもう少し静かに快適に過ごすことができたのではないかと？今回は街側の部屋で朝早くの車の行ききがいささか気になりました。 たいした騒音ではありません。」
