Traumtage in Grächen

Meine Frau und ich kannten Grächen schon lange und es ist immer wieder schön dahin zurück zu kehren wo es einem gefällt. Die Leute sind allgemein sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach super. Das Zimmer war sehr hübsch und es hatte alles was das Herz begehrt. Zuletzt natürlich noch das bomben Wetter. Jeden Tag strahlender Sonnenschein. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Wier wahren sehr sehr zu frieden in der Unterkunft,sehr freundlicher Empfang durch die Chefin und auch dasPersonal wahr sehr freundlich. Im Restaurant Kuhstall isst man hervorragend sehr empfelends wert. Wier werden wieder hier her kommen. Danke,für den angehmen aufenthalt.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes grosses Zimmer mit Balkon. Auch das Abendmenu war stets fein und reichhaltig für den Preis, dazu gibt es gute Valisserweine zu fairen Preisen. Das Buffet am Morgen ist reichhaltig, nach unserer Meinung etwas überladen, man hat den Eindruck, dass von manchen Dingen nie jemand etwas nimmt.

Empfang durch Betreiberin herzlich und freundlich. Sie ist mit Leib und Seele Gastgeberin. Lage des Hotels sehr zentral nur wenige Gehminuten von der Hanigalp Bahn entfernt.

Wir haben mit Bestimmtheit nicht das gebuchte "Superior-Doppelzimmer" erhalten! Unser Zimmer war überstellt mit einem unbrauchbaren Tisch mit Eckbank. Das Fernsehkabel verlief quer unter dem Tisch hindurch. Die Heizung (Radiator) machte Lärm und war nur zur Hälfte heiss und musste deshalb nachts abgestellt werden. Eigentlich sehr enttäuschend!!!

Sehr gute Lage im Zentrum. (100M vom Post, Tourism Office, Gemeinde, Bank und Gondel) Unser Problem : schlecht geschlaffen! (alte Matratze! Das Problem wurde mit der Cheffin abgesprochen.) Grosse Zimmer mit Balkon. (Kein Vorteil im kalten Winter) Frühstück und Restauration, Alles in Ordnung. Personnal OK. Etage mit Lift erreichbar.

Comportamento scorretto e fraudolento.

Prenotate due notti con mezza pensione a prezzo conveniente (pensando si trattasse di un'offerta). Conferma della prenotazione, addebito totale dell'importo e nessun'altra comunicazione dall'hotel. Arrivati la sera per cena ci è stato detto che il prezzo era errato e avremo dovuto pagare altrettanto oppure andarcene senza alcun indennizzo da parte della struttura. Dopo notevoli discussioni siamo risusciti a soggiornare una sola notte senza cena (pur avendone pagate due in mezza pensione). Da evitare assolutamente!

Gutes Hotel an ausgezeichneter Lage

Unser Zimmer war sehr gross, modern und sauber. Das Personal (vorallem auch die "Zimmermädchen"!) waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war ausgiebig und lecker; der Frühstücksraum sowie allgemein das Ambiente im Hotel jedoch eher kühl und kahl (in die Jahre gekommen). Lage perfekt, 3 Min. von der Gondelstation entfernt. Parkplatz im Parkhaus für Fr 9.- / Tag (sehr eng für grosse Autos!!) und Wellness kostet auch zusätzlich, somit für unseren Geschmack eher ein teureres 3-Sterne-Hotel. Wir würden das Hotel aber wieder buchen.

Sehr nettes Personal das immer bemüht ist den Gaesten alles zu bieten. Kleines aber wunderbares Frühstückbuffet hat alles was man braucht.
