"The rooms are very clean. I started with direct access for four nights in the premium room and then enjoyed prime so much that I canceled another hotel. I was going to and got the Direct access for three more nights, but not a premium room and although the room was smaller, the layout was great and the food was awesome but the staff including Toffee at the front desk were great, and the host Marian at the buffet was so helpful and courteous. After seven nights at prime, we’ve now been four nights at the Palms and was truly spoiled by the direct access of the pool"

"Everything felt easy and friendly. Nice spacious rooms, excellent pool facilities including poolside food and drinks, plenty of sun lounges etc. My only small criticism is that the restaurants felt VERY busy at breakfast, perhaps those facilities aren't quite large enough to accommodate the number of rooms in the hotel?
