"Really loved the hotel . The pools and beaches were beautiful. Be sure to bring your snorkeling gear as it is truly amazing. The food was very expensive and just ok . Take a taxi to town and eat locally would be my recommendation. We would definitely stay at this hotel again ."

"Very nice accomodations. Everything is very clean. Nice furniture on the large balcony. Location is perfect. Love the pool and snorkeling along the coast. The downside is that the showers all run out of hot water after about 2 minutes, there is no ice maker in the fridge. Three of the bedrooms were great but the one next to the hot tub had noise issues. The hot tub clicks very loudly when it is heating. That woke me up serveral times a night. I learned I could reduce this by turning up the heat during the day and turning it down at night. And there is a loud sound of water being pumped or something like that seems to come from the closet that also woke me up several times a night. That said, I would probably stay there again."

"We had a great stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with anything we needed from help getting logged into wifi to arranging taxis for us. We ate at the restaurant on sight and it was good food and great wait staff. They were fun and got to know us. We really appreciated the ice and filtered water available on site also. We used the pool one day and it was nice, but didn't spend a lot of time there. They have a bridge to walk over the road connected to the property that we used to get to the pier where our dive guides picked us up. It was nice to be able to have a safe/easy way to get across the road while carrying dive gear. We visited in July and our understanding is that was their "off" season. The only downside to this location, which is no fault of their own, is that area restaurants were only open during the hours when the cruise ships were in port, thus closing earlier in the evening. This eliminated some dining options that were easy to walk to. We just learned to grab dinner earlier before the ships left port. Or you can take a taxi into downtime to some very nice restaurants. Overall - very good stay. Nice room amenities, such as a refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave, since, dishes & Silverware. Wifi was good and our family room had 3 tvs, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. We'd stay there again!"

"Great hotel with beach access and convenient location. Nice pool area, clean rooms with hammock and balconies. Dining area right by the beach with unbeatable view. Sandy man made beach area with palm trees, lounge chairs and pool bar. Access to the water over a ladder. Snorkeling is worth it right from there. Service in the restaurant ranges from very attentive waiters to having to run after them and asking for everything. Tables are often not cleaned when guests leave till new guests ask for it or take matter in their own hands. Food is enough, but quality is ok and the variety is not huge. Breakfast is the best. Overall it was our second stay and for the location, resort and snorkel opportunity we liked it very much."
