"We felt unwelcome when we checked in, no warmth, no smile, almost robotic. It was hard to find the place. We had wished it was just an easy, short walk from the terminal which was what we expected but it turned out otherwise, at least not when you have a big suitcase to drag along."

"Unfortunately, our room smelled. The smell might have had something to do with the air conditioning. It also was a very small room. Nothing great. They give you a welcome drink was very nice, but the staff who served it was not friendly."
