"A map of property shops,restaurants, shelters on the beach, a reminder of what things in the room frig are free, Lower prices for meals/food. The shower/bath area drained some water towards the shower door allowing water to roll into the dressing area. Inability to turn the fan adjusting knob all the way off. Lo fan speed still blow a strong just of air all the way to end of room right over the beds, even when vents were pointed away from that area. Mirrors in bathrooms very bright but still not allowing closer viewing of facial areas for shaving, makeup etc. The small portable mirror needed more magnifications to choose from such as 2x and 4x. Light switches in our room did not allow us to leave on the bathroom lights while turning off most lights over the bed /sleep area. Light switches right next to bathroom did not work. We reported it several times but they were not fully repaired during our stay, nor did the staff reach back out to us regarding this!"

"Our first time staying at the Ritz Carlton Zadun. For a frame of reference we have stayed at resorts like Montage, Chilleno Bay, Las Ventanas, Esperanza, Four Seasons, Pedegral, etc. Our room was fantastic, large well appointed. It had a plunge pool but didn't really heat up enough to warrant any early morning or late night dips. Staff was very attentive, special shout out to our "Tosoani's" Ariadna and Gabriel. They communicated with us throughout our stay and coordinated anything we needed. A few things that could have been better; first off, not sure if it's where this property is located but there were A LOT of bugs and large flying moths. The adult pool and hot tub there definitely needs to be skimmed multiple times a day due to many bugs floating on the surface and the built in white loungers in the shallow end had mildew on them. The pool deck is in dire need to sanding and re-staining. Just a few things that made it feel "less than" a 5 star experience."
