「チェックイン当日はフライトが早かったため、early check in させて頂きたい旨を事前にオーナーに伝えていました。しかしクリーニングを担当されている方にはシェアされていなかったようで、清掃が終わっていない状況でした。 設備に関しては家電製品は整っていましたが、カトラリーや食器など清掃が行き届いていない印象です。また冷蔵庫内は期限の切れた食材が多く残っておりました。 室内は独特な匂いが染み付いており、空気の入れ替えを試みましたが改善されず。 清潔な環境ではなかった事が唯一、残念なこと。 ロケーションは非常に良く、スーパーやレストランも近いので利便性は良いです。 またクリーニングを担当された女性が非常に親切で良い印象を持ちました。 」

「Dryer sounded off balance so I air dryed my jacket. Dining room light has no switch but flickers randomly. It was a great stay and hated to leave Van. Very nice landscaped yard and felt safe with my family. Thank u Tony for your hospitality you did great. We are very appreciative of your services.」

「When we walked in we were blown away by how clean it was. Christina had left gluten free crackers which was excellent as one of us has celiac disease. There was coffee and some small snacks which we were much needed to re fuel after a long plane ride and commute to the location. Very quiet and lovely stay, Check in and out was perfect and communication with Christina was prompt. Would stay again and highly recommend!」
