良かった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
Really nice property and would recommend it if you're a first timer in Vancouver. We enjoyed being able to have breakfast in the kitchen every morning and dinner from time to time to save money.
Pros :
-Walkable distance from major attractions, or from the bus/sky train. We managed to visit a lot of things easily and get back to the condo to rest between activities.
-There is a grocery store and coffee shop in front of the building, which was very much appreciated!
-The view on the rooftop was amazing.
-The bed was very comfortable and clean.
-Maybe it's because of the time of the year, but we found it rather quiet outside and couldn't hear any neighbours.
-We found the area to be safe to walk around. The building itself is very safe and there is usually a concierge at the entrance.
Cons :
-Check in was a bit difficult, we got the access code earlier but the locker didn't release the key until 3pm.
-The air conditioner was not plugged in when we arrived and had to contact management. Two kind employees promptly came after to install it. As other reviewers wrote, it is *very* loud and you need to keep the blinds down all the time if you want the condo to be at a comfortable temperature during the warmer summer weeks.
-The dishwashing machine was not functional. So, keep that in mind that you will need to handwash everything.
-No recycling or compost bin, there is only a garbage bin.
