"I was not aware that the property was clothing optional until I arrived. Despite messaging with the property several times prior to our arrival nothing was mention until we pulled in. We left immediately. This should be listed more prominent on Expedia. I had to book a different hotel for the night. "

"We loved this place! We were surrounded by nature and easily able to see sloths, monkeys, macaws and iguanas daily. The staff was great and there were a lot of options for enjoying the sun and pools, eating, and other things to do. Highly recommend!"

"Included breakfast was delicious and the free guided tour on the property where you could walk on hanging bridges and see an abundance of wildlife was a bonus. Our guide Jose was very informative. We learned that a nearby tree was housing toucan babies and were fortunate enough to watch the mama toucan fly in and out of the tree. The room was small but the views were incredible. Overall a great stay. "

"The pool and lounge area was so perfect!! Especially after going on adventures all day. It was a great place to relax. It was intimate and we got to know multiple guests. Beautiful property!! Moneys, toucans, mini capybara looking things would come out and get pretty close! It was amazing. Our villa was great and felt private even though the pool was a quick walk away. Breakfast was great! 10/10 would recommend this place. We even had my six year old and she loved it too. Lots of couples and some families. Great place to relax but super close to everything. We really loved our server, Moses!! He was the absolute best! "

"The hotel was very comfortable and in a great location. The staff were awesome! Breakfast was very good. We ate dinner once and it was good as well. On days where we needed to leave early for an excursion they packed us breakfast to go. We rented the apartment which was perfect size for a family of five. It faces the road which is a little loud at night but wasn’t a big concern. I would recommend this hotel. "

"Location is fairly close to restaurants and the park, and the host was welcoming and helpful. However, the surrounding area felt unclean and poorly maintained, which affected the overall impression. The room was spacious and odor-free, but the bedding was basic and not very comfortable. Overall, an average stay."

"Lovely location with incredible reviews. Seeing the released red macaws on site was a treat. Tours booked via the hotel were excellent and we appreciated the recourse when one of our tours did not work out. Really loved the upper sunset deck. Restaurant was decent. Pool lovers may be disappointed with the pool."
