"Overall it’s a good little place to stay. It is extremely small and can be cramped even with two people, but it did what we needed, somewhere to sleep. The road to get to home was very rough on our car- an 05 Camry. To get to the house one must go down a gravel/ dirt road that is bumpy but no pot holes. I would recommend this to a person if they just want somewhere to sleep and doesn’t mind driving a little bit to get food or down a rougher road. "

"We had a wonderful fall break week at our Tiny Home near the Grand Canyon. It was excellent access to both the Grand Canyon and Flagstaff. The staff onsite, was amazing, he was there when we arrived to make sure all the equipment and fire alarms were functional and if we had any issues with the kitchen or locks. The home was wonderful and we had an amazing family vacation!"

"It may not be a 5 star hotel, but it's a good price ($100/night) for what you get. A lot is packed into this little rental. Full kitchen with pots, pans, utensils. Comfy bed. Dark & quiet. I slept great! Could use a little maintenance & the grounds are not very attractive, but, again great place to crash after a long hike."

"Loved loved loved this campsite! The bathroom was way more than we expected for a remote location and it had everything one needs. We especially liked that it was gated so we felt very safe. Would recommend to anyone heading up to the Grand Canyon. "
