「Overall we had a wonderful stay. We arrived late Thursday and left Sunday morning. To get to the property, you’ll go down two dirt roads which are pretty bumpy. If you are traveling in weather aka snow, please make sure you have the proper vehicle to make it through on the dirt roads. We arrived to a very clean property and a basket of goodies on the table. 「Excellent place for my wife and I to stay for a long weekend. We were close to family and the place was nice and cozy. Close to Sedona and Snow Bowl for hiking. Place was clean and decorated with Route 66 decor.」

「The only thing in the listing that look like my room was the bed covers! Very out dated..The room was clean! It only had a shower which is okay, but the shower had no place to put your soap and things. Only the shower floor. ☹️ the bathroom window didn’t lock. The breakfast wasn’t great, very small amount of things to choose from!」

「False advertising. Looking at the pictures and the description you think you are in hotel at a ski lodge, but you end up in a motel in the town of Williams. Property owner told us he is also upset because that is not what he wants advertised and is now getting bad reviews. This property is American Best Motel. If you are expecting a motel in a nice town, this is the place. If you are expecting a ski lodge...look somewhere else. The owner was nice and the units were clean.」
