「The hotel options are limited, so we are glad we booked this nice home. The property Mgr was always available and very nice. We had a hot water issue that he fixed immediately. The roof top patio was amazing. Some lounge chairs would have made that spot perfect. At check in, I noticed that the bathrooms were not as clean as I was expecting so he scrubbed the powder room one downstairs. I just cleaned the one upstairs myself. 「Love the high floor location and the view is priceless! We had the best fireworks show view facing Rockwell and the entire manila sky lit up with tons of amazing firework to see. However, the unit can use some TLC. It’s not well maintained. They have old AC units that should’ve been replaced/removed. Also, we didn't get any instructions during check in so we didn’t have wifi for the first day. The lobby doesn’t let you use their wifi. Apparently, you have to be a gold member to use their wifi....

「The negatives are too great to list but here are some examples: Host was very slow in communication, bed was like concrete, pillows like cotton candy, broken furniture, no hangers, minimal dishes, cheap towels, no soap or sponges to clean the one or two dishes, Luke warm shower, bugs everywhere, no place to sit and eat, etc. one positive, if you want a convenient place close to mall of Asia it’s a 10 minute walk. Never again!」
