「We were travelling as a family of four. We had booked the Montepulciano 2 bedroom suite, but were delighted to be told on arrival that we'd been upgraded to the best villa on resort(!), Villa Nobile. This included a private pool and hot tub, all with fantastic views across the Tuscan countryside. The accommodation was v high standard and extremely luxurious. The service was fantastic, especially Natalia on arrival. If you're visiting on a Friday, then recommend joining the bbq...great food and...

「We reserved a room for 3 people and basically got a 2 bedroom unit for a very reasonable price. Beds were comfortable. Unit was clean. Location was great - beautiful view from the balcony over the countryside and was right in the center of the city so easy walking to restaurants and shopping. Parking was a bit of a hassle but I eventually found some. Included breakfast from a cafe on the street that was delightful. 」

The owner and two staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Great breakfast and a fantastic cappuccino. Recommend having an evening meal at the hotel too. The pool area is beautiful and looking over a gorgeous tuscan landscape. Would highly recommend to anyone. 」
