Very clean. Beautiful View Connected to winery so very convenient. Great wine selection with knowledgeable staff. Easy check-in process Was able to ship wine home easily. Paid Parking nearby. In wall but no direct access to pedestrian area, however, it's an easy five-minute walk to enter Thin walls. You can hear neighbors moving furniture and opening doors. Overall, great pace to stay

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! Close to the entry of the Grand piazza walkway. Super close to restaurants, pharmacy a park. It has a restaurant on street level. You can buy so many meats, wine, olive oil. All Made local. Breakfast was great!!! So happy I purchased it. The building was beautiful. It’s not new construction but it is very charming. The staff are so very helpful!! The view tho, wow!

I really like this place and definitely will stay again when we visit Montepulciano again. I was a little concerned that it was outside the historic center, but it’s not a big deal. The staff is super sweet and welcoming and they even had a real blow dryer!

Best four nights in Montepulciano.

It was wonderful. Room was incredible (make sure you book the “grand” room). Above all, what made it incredibly special for us was the staff. All of the staff. Each and everyone. They were amazing. Thank you to each of you/them.

Very nice welcome by our host and we started immediately with wine tasting with cheese and bruschettas. Although we were the only guests she offered to make dinner for us. But we went into the centre of Montepulciano (walking distance) and found a few open restaurants. Beautiful centre with a few shops open despite the winter period closures. Execellent wines in Montepulciano!

Vale a pena

Staff was very friendly and generous with a takeaway breakfast. Location is not great as it involves some walking a long a major road in order to reach the more interesting part of town. Also building needs a sign for the hotel.
