「帰りの車の予約日が誤って登録されていて困っていたところ、コンシェルジュの方があちらこちらに連絡してくれ、なんとか帰ることが出来ました。英語をうまく話せず1人旅であったため非常に不安でしたが、１時間もの間親身になり車を手配してくださいました。ホテル全体も温かな雰囲気で楽しいひとときを過ごしました。ベトナム料理のレストランも、美味しかったです。」
