"Très propre. Belle piscine et spa. Petits oiseaux à admirer. J'aurais aimé une meilleure cafetière dans la chambre. De plus, le café servi au déjeuner ne goûtait pas très bon. Une vraie machine à café serait un bon atout! Déjeuner correct. Espace pour déjeuner très grand, ce qui est très apprécié. Matelas correct mais sans plus."

"Our (interior) room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was very good for breakfast. The huge pool area was clean, spacious, and very attractive. The main negative was the parking facility: hard to find the entrance, dark, and dirty."

"Missed housekeeping on a guaranteed daily service booking. I booked a 3-night stay with daily housekeeping, but on our second day, our room was not serviced at all. After a long day of travel, it was incredibly disappointing to return to an unmade bed, empty amenities, and unemptied trash. We are tidy and organized people, so our personal belongings were not standing in the way of a cleaning. It is frustrating to pay for a specific service and not receive it."
