「The apartment reminded me of off-campus housing some friends lived in during college - an older building, not in the best repair, but good enough. In this case, there are some newer things (couch, rugs, TV) juxtaposed with some older things (beds, general condition). 「This stay was interesting but great! So I am extremely picky. My number one concern is cleanliness. Upon checking I was amazed at how big this place was! Our kids were pumped! I don’t think I realized the exact type of place we were staying in. Definitely a refinished business/historic building. Super cool and unique.
