「OMG! We are staying there again!! The staff were really friendly and so helpful. My husband loved the downstairs lounge. He was able to catch up on a YouTube channel he watches in real comfort. The breakfast is usually a sticking point with him. Not here. He had everything his big heart desired AND the bacon was crispy. A rare occurrence and it wasn’t a fluke. We didn’t us the gym as I made him walk up Sugarloaf Mountain. Twenty two flights of stairs I think it was. Reception had just about...

「I didn't like the fact the bus loading took up all the space where you come in and go out - and we had to load up and it was raining. The bus was a tour of some kind and waiting for clients but in the meantime - others co uld not pull up their cars and be out of the elements. Perhaps a specific entrance/exit especially since they parl there for so long. ALl staff were friendly and helpful and we will be back.」

「Our room was large, very comfortable with a king bed and sofa bed. The large walk-in shower was a plus. The room was not so good with noise between floors and from the hallway. Wasn’t enthusiastic about the check in area being in the coffee shop. That being said, we would definitely stay there again.」

「Good room! I had the suite which means me and my hub had the king bed in a separate bedroom with personal bath and our kids shared the sofa bed in the other room, which also had its own full bath. Good breakfast too!」

「Our room was clean and the staff was good. Breakfast left a lot to be desired... basically cereal. Lots of parking area. The window in our room didn't open, the water pressure was hard but the water temp was barely warm, and the tub moved under our feet. The outdoor seating area was nice, beautiful view of the lake... lots of lake flies though. It was nice that it was close to everything.」

「Check in great, Breakfast decent, everyone very friendly. The location is amazing if you are here for the locks, can’t beat it. Room Is warm as the radiator was kicking out heat, so we enjoyed the breeze opening the windows, but opening windows means we were subjected to a very noisy location, even with the windows closed. 「My wife has a service dog, so we always try to pick pet-friendly hotels. Expedia has them listed as pet-friendly but they are not. However, because of her dog being a service dog, they didn’t bat an eye and made us feel fully welcome. I know it’s the law, but there wasn’t a hint of concern when we checked in. Very much appreciated.」
