「Really friendly welcome at reception and we quickly got our keys for two twin rooms. The rooms were fine, clean and comfortable.
We used the hotel to stay overnight before a Channel Tunnel crossing which was just 10 minutes away.
It was the cheapest hotel that I could find in the area and exceeded my expectations. The decor was improved from the hotel's appearance on Channel 4's "4 In A Bed" a few years previous.

「Based on the property description, I was expecting something different. It is a room in an old house. The proprietor was kind, helpful, and accommodating. It was enough for one night and the price was right, but I likely wouldn't return. We had problems with the WC.
