The room was absolutely stunning and the actual hotel is itself it lovely! What an amazing old building! That being said the staff although attentive & doing their job could have a little bit more of a friendly approach, no one was rude or anything like that, but also being greeted without so much as a smile is a bit bizarre. Would definitely stay again & recommend!

The room was very warm and comfortable with tea, coffe, bottled water and biscuits. Check in was seemless. Beautiful bar area with cocktail happy hour 6 to 7pm and free cheese and biscuits.
