「From the start to the end of our stay it was amazing. We could store our luggage and go away until the check in time. When we arrived back our luggage was even put into our apartment. The apartment was a home away from home with everything you would need, teas, sugar, sachets of milk, washing up liquid, sponge, tea towel. fluffy towels, shamppo, conditioner, hand-wash and body wash.
David was so welcoming and friendly every we saw him.
This will now be my go to place to stay when I visit...
「The moment you enter the hotel you are engulfed in a bubble of lovely scented fragrances all the way to your room.
The reception team was awesome, friendly, gentle, respectful.
I stayed in the executive room. My wife loved the bed, took a while to get her to wake up, lol.
The wash room was clean and the soaps and body lotion was on point!
Blinding curtains, a mini fridge, complimentary water, breakfast coffee, Lovely semi sofa chairs (great for couple's,lol).
Also to add the place is noise...

Alquilas un estudio/apartamento y tu te encargas de mantenerlo durante la estancia. Edificio tranquilo durante la estancia.」
「Booked an executive room to stay whilst visiting friends, free parking on site was a bonus with bus stop right outside to go into city. Check in efficient and reception team all friendly and accommodating to help with information. Had a nice room at the front of building on first floor, spacious with a lovely big bath and shower. Bar and breakfast area looked comfortable but we didn't use as out and about. Would stay again. 」
「Nice hotel, got some great parts done ok parts.
Check in on Saturday was very slow. Not sure why, but it took 25 mine to get checked in as some customers ahead of us, seemed to take forever to get resolved. Not sure why that was, staff, systems, or booking issues... Who knows, but with only 2 people before us, 25 mins is not great.
The hotel is nice though,service is good, rooms are good, no real complaints. The lifts are very slow though and we thought they would break at any...
