"The front desk staff was not friendly, almost rude. They were annoyed by my question. The heat was out, and after a cold night I asked for a heater or a blanket. I had to ask twice. I also had to ask twice for my laundry to be picked up. The staff was unable to answer basic tourist questions; I felt they were unwilling, one on occasion cutting me off to attend to the Turkish couple next in line. Good breakfast though. The room was small but the bathroom large. I liked the location - the old part of town."

"We only stayed here 1 night but it was a delightful stay. We were welcomed & given all the assistance we required. The room was comfortable & the bathroom excellent. Everything was spotlessly clean. Thank you for your hospitality. "
