Bu sıcak havada elektrik aksamının kartlı olması.

1 günlüğüne Gaziantep' e kardeşlerimle geldim. Tercih ettiğim bu otelde yanımdakilere mahcup oldum. Giriş kartı ile çalışan elektrik sistemi ve ve odaya girince özellikle 43 derecelik sıcaklıkta buzdolabının giriş ile çalışması çok kötüydü. İçecek olarak sadece su olması ve sıcak olması hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Aynı şekilde klimanın da aynı şekilde çalışması sonucu oda yanıyordu girer girmez. Bir de asansör sorunu var. Katlarda Kapısının açık kalması nedeniyle aşağı ya da yukarı kata çağrılmaması problem oluşturdu. İyi ki sadece 1 gün kalmışım. Olumlu olarak 2 şey vardı. Oda konforluydu ve kahvaltı ise oldukça çeşitliydi, herkese hitap eden çeşitlilik vardı. Elektrik sistemine kesinlikle çözüm bulmalılar, özellikle de yazın.

Öncelikle temizlik kötü yatak yastık rahatsız. Banyo dan çok ağır koku geliyordu. Otelin alt katında pavyon var. Konsept belli. Sabah odamızı boş sanıp içeriye kapı çalmadan pat diye girdiler. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği iyiydi. Nasıl almışlar 4 yıldız asla anlamadım… Eşle aileyle hatta sevgiliyle bile kalınmaz.

Decent hotel

Nice hotel and reception. Lovely indoor pool and spa. Some things needed updating. The shower was slow to drain. The sheets and towels seemed clean but had stains on them. The lounger cushions by the pool had black mold. Otherwise it was nice.

Great hotel

The hotel offers the best service at this price. I came with my boyfriend and we chose this hotel particularly because we they did not have a request to show marriage certificate (in the South East of Turkey it’s a big deal). We got a huge room. It was comfortable, clean, bathroom was also very nice. Air conditioner was working - which is important for Gaziantep with its hot weather. The only one thing that can be a problem for tourists or foreigners - the place where the hotel is located. It’s actually a poor Syrian neighborhood and it can be dangerous in the evenings. However we never had any security issues there and it was convenient to walk to the city center, old bazaar and castle which are not far from the hotel. I recommend staying in Buyuk Velic Hotel!
