The lighting in the hallways going to the room was interesting gave off a scary movie vibe. The laundry though pricey was very nice. "This hotel is a must if you are traveling with young children and a family. We traveled with our 17 month old son and we loved the use of the playroom and the use of the common kitchen eating area. This hotel exceeded our expectations. Ricardo was so friendly and helpful at check in, we really appreciated his kindness and professionalism. Another wonderful thing of the hotel was the location. Walking distance to every thing and having the food court next door and breakfast ( for a small fee) at the hotel was much appreciated. We would hands down recommend this amazing hotel!"

"Air conditioning was very bad during our stay. Even with the AC fan set to high, it barely felt like any air was coming out. The thermostat was set to 20°C, which is the lowest setting, but the room still felt very hot, especially at night. We stayed for 3 nights and were sweating every night because of how warm the room was. We complained to the front desk multiple times, but they said they could not do anything about it. They also did not have fans to provide. One staff member even suggested using the humidifier as a fan. If you are coming from a cold place or you are a hot sleeper, I would recommend choosing a different hotel."
