「I booked here last minute for an impromptu stay in Tyler. It Is situated beside another hotel that you see first, and have to follow around to the right to get to the entrance door for this hotel. I went into the the first hotel as that's where Google maps leads to. The guy on reception was the nicest friendliest person and explained out mistake. We arrived for check in at the correct hotel, late might I add, about 11.30pm. However we didn't feel half as welcomed here by the night desk staffer....
「I was homeless and jobless but was able to do door dash, it takes me all day to dash just make $100 a day enough to cover my room and gas for each night. They were very patience and understanding that I couldn’t pay by weekly and I paid by nightly which it probably was pain in the butt lol I am very grateful that I was in a safe place while it lasted. Thank you all for what you do! 」
「Nice room, comfortable bed. I would have liked to have had an information packet with the wifi password and local information, but that wasn't a big deal, the office provided it with a phone call. 」
「This is an older property and could use some new paint, etc. Our room was clean and the A/C worked. We had difficulty getting into the room with the provided key card, and the gentleman on duty reprogrammed the key and personally came to our room to make sure we could get in. I wish I had gotten his name so I could express my appreciation for his going the extra mile! We slept well and would stay here again.」

「My 3rd stay at this Sleep Inn, the Assistant Manager recognized me and the accommodations I needed for my wife. My mother was with me. My son got married and his Grandmother surprised him by attending. She said that was the best sleep she's had in awhile.
The breakfast has always been great. The staff great.

「Nice hotel room.
Conveniently located right off of interstate 20. Check in was good, Joe at the front desk was very pleasant. Our room was nice with soft comfortable sheets and bedding. Towels were thick and fluffy and there were plenty of them. Five pillows on the bed made it comfortable. Bathtub could use some reglazing but otherwise the condition of the hotel was nice.」
