Good place to reset and rest.

Originally booked two nights but only had to stay one. Front desk clerks were very friendly. Good place for a quick reset and rest. Close to restaurants and retail stores. Would stay again.

Either the heater isnt working or there is no hot water to shower (twice now) or there is no soap in the rooms (or at the front desk) or there's no milk for the breakfast cereal or the trash on the grounds is never picked up or the room isn't ready for almost 2 hours after check in time and then it is immediately below a room under loud construction and the staff argues with you about changing to a room away from the noise or the weeds have grown literally 5 feet beyond the fence onto the patio or the laundry room is filthy and the machines dont work....or the mini fridge door wont stay closed/ cold or the ironing board has no cover/pad on it or there's only one dim lamp to light the entire room......take your pick. I will give them this much: the rooms always smell clean. This place is not run by professionals (i know as i've managed two hotels)

Checked in and was given a room that was already occupied. Sorry to whoever I walked in on. Room I did get was hardly clean but wasn’t spending much time in the room so went with it. Sometimes cheep hotels surprise you with being clean and comfortable. This was the opposite, guess I got what I paid for.

The price was very reasonable. The check in and check out process was very easy and quick. The hotel looks and feels old, but the rooms were very spacious and clean. The area around the hotel has several nice breakfast and dining options in a walkable distance. The Rose Garden, the Azalea district and other local attractions are just a 15 - 20 min drive (at the most) from this hotel. We enjoyed out stay.

Things were cracked and looked dirty. The beds were comfortable and clean. We ordered food and they didn't bring us utensils and the front desk didn't even have that. It was not as nice as it appeared.

It was ok

The place needs a lot of TLC. It was comfortable and good if you only need a place to sleep. We had an issue with our room not being ready for hours due to lack of cleaning staff and high occupancy, but they made up for it by upgrading us to a suite, so it ended up making the stay better.
