"My first choice when choosing a hotel in London. Staff are amazing, always make you feel welcome and that nothing is too much trouble. Have been 3 times in the last 6 months which says a lot, and will definitely be returning. So many nice bars and restaurants, and if you’re lucky enough to get a room at the front of the hotel, the views are amazing! 10/10"

"Our room was extremely dark! How do you pay for an upgraded king room and get zero natural light??? Weird! The location was great or what had planned or our stay, but the room was very disappointing! The staff "greeting" near the escalators on street level could be more helpful and friendly."

"Great location and clean compact room but with everything needed. Check in was a bit laborious with staff member showing us how to do each screen when they could have just checked us in but no problem. Slight noise from underground but quite therapeutic! "
