"The room was really clean, we had trouble with the heating which was sorted. Breakfast there was plenty of choice and more then one station to get the breakfast items from so you didn't que for long. "

"We had a lovely stay at The Strand Palace. The hotel is in a fabulous location very close to Covent Garden, the theatre district and many other attractions. The room was to a high standard. The bed was comfy. The amenities were great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of variety."

Two staff members stood out. The first person we met was Shiobhon who was warm, welcoming and inviting. Felt like she was an old friend. Mirza in the dinning room with his great big, welcoming smile went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had all we needed, including Coffee Creamer. I will definitely return! I highly recommend this hotel."
