Amazing stay! Great location , close to downtown Tulum and the main strip. Also, the area in which the home is located has cute shops, cafes, and restaurants. That area is also growing.

Sak Villa team was incredibly quick and attentive. The property is a three story, five bedroom home with each room having their own private bathroom. The villa is tucked away in a quiet forested area of Tulum away from all the high traffic, but not too far out of reach and walking distance from a delicious taco place i frequented on my trip. Me and my family had an incredible time, very relaxing and peaceful. The house was a spot on match to the photos on the Expedia listing. I cannot wait to come back, and explore the other villas that the owners also have! Thank you again Paulina and Calixto!

The concierge staff were amazing to deal with. We had issues upon arrival where the roof was inaccessible and the team did everything they could to compensate us for the discrepancy! The chef was amazing 10/10 would recommend booking. The location was great, amazing restaurants and cafe near by in walking distance! We felt safe. Other than the roof, the house was exactly as described. Clean and large living spaces. Thank you for a great week in Tulum.

The villa is one block away from the Main Street filled with restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, and shops. Great location, the pool and terrace were incredible. The home it self is spacious - the kitchen wasn’t as clean, under the beds and sofa needed some cleaning. Besides that, our family with 4 kids enjoyed our time.

Threqurede pool was smaller than it looks in photos. There was a safety issue at the house that required us needing to be moved to another property. Although this was done immediately, the alternate properties were not what our preference stay would have been. As well, no offer of helping us pack and move was made while we had to make 2 trips from one house to the other
