The room was clean. It was a little noisy from other guests talking loadly outside our room. The door needed a better seal. There was a barking dog that needed a shot of lead. The hotel was chosen for its location across from the ADO terminal.

This service at coin was good tried to have room changed prefer first floor but all booked so clerk carried plugged up stairs for 85 yr old . Hotel is always clean very clean .

Great property for the price! Staff were very nice. Rooms were clean. Ac, tv, shower- all the necessities. Within easy walking distance to downtown. Advertised pool/ hot tub not working. Very little water in the sink.

Out of there way to please .

This is hidden behind Ado bus station. Pleasant stay .Seniors and climbing up to 3 rd fl room was not going to happen. Janet went out of her way to accommodate us. Even moving items stored in an unused ground floor room so we wouldn’t have to climb the stairs. Well cared for hotel very clean most part not too much noise considering the bus traffic. When in Mexico in town center any town has Wifi was spotty but we did get by. Overall nice hotel great staff even owner was very nice .

Great Place

We stayed there for 4 days. The guy at the front desk was amazing! Always there to help and give good advice and recommendations. Rooms was super clean! And the location is really convenient, right beside the bus station! It'd go back anytime!

The hotel attendant who was from Madrid was terrible. He was emotionally disregulated and could not understand our needs. The hotel room's bathroom window would nor close letting rhe street noise dirupt our sleep. We paid extra money for a quiet room and the hotel attendant said he should not provided that "favour" to us. Very bad experience Will never recommend anyone this hotel.

Quick ck in close to Ado station. Only maid forgot to leave towels but mgr quickly supplied . The ac unit blew out an awful smell turned it off used only fan . Other than this nice hotel

Très bel hôtel. L’espace piscine est très agréable. Il y a un petit réfrigérateur commun que l’on peut utiliser ainsi qu’une table pour manger. Les chambres sont très bien équipées. Je ne sais pas si c’est une pratique courante à Tulum, mais on nous a demandé un dépôt de 1000 MXN ou notre passeport comme garantie pour la chambre. Avant le départ, une inspection de la chambre est effectuée afin de pouvoir récupérer le dépôt. J’aurais simplement aimé être informé à l’avance de l’existence de ce dépôt, car à ce point dans notre voyage nous n’avions plus de pesos et c’est toujours délicat de laisser son passeport.

Está muy bien ubicado atrás de la estación de autobuses ADO y fácil acceso a trasporte colectivo. Además el lugar muy lindo y súper agradable, si regresaría y lo recomiendo.
