8.4/10 Very Good! (3,506 reviews)
I would like to start by telling everyone that this is good option for a stay in Cancun Hotel Zone, staff is helpful and attentive.
I gave 2 stars because you will get boarded from the time you get to the property by hotel staff about share time meetings, they segregate guests by wrist bands that will not allow you to enjoy the full service unless you attend one of the share time presentations.
When I visited this property, 2 of the restaurants were closed due to renovations and the rest were only by reservation which you have to make at 9:00 am or you will not get a seat. The buffet did not have many options and was the same food every day all week.
The amenities were good but there are not options for entertainment.
I would recommend search for better options in the area before booking your stay at this property.
