It is definitely a 4 star hotel. The hotel has been kept very well maintained. It is clean and exudes as high class ambiance. The staf is very polite and want to keep you happy. It's proximity to the HongKong convention center is a plus making it a walking distance. Around the hotel are many avenues for transportation including the MTR. There are many food options around the area and it is easy to commute to the Kowloon Island through either the ferry or the subway.

I stayed here with my wife the past week and the RC in Hong Kong is without a doubt one of the best experiences I have had. The service was simply excellent all-round, very warm and welcoming with every interaction. About the property itself, the facilitates are first class. The gym and pool are 118 stories high and are both excellent with views all around. The room are of decent size for Hong Kong, but not large (if you get the standard room). I recently stayed at Hotel Icon in Hong Kong for four nights with my son, and every moment was delightful. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. In a city where space is at a premium, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the bathroom. I absolutely loved the hotel's toiletries! Very nice and elegant hotel in the middle of the shopping district. Direct access to taxis, Uber and the metro station is 5-10 minutes walking. Right across the hotel is the Marina walk. Hotel staff are very nice. The lady at the fron desk gave us a room with the Marina view since this was our first time in HK. The only issue we had that the room was very small that we could not put the extra bed that we requested, however we had a king size bed which fitted me and my two daughters.

I've stayed at many hotels in Hong Kong over the last two years. This hotel is pure pleasure. The room was spacious. The pool is fabulous--good size and good sunshine. The staff is friendly. The breakfast was delicious on right on time. Plus, the welcome tea was a wonderful touch. And the location is great and convenient! I don't often recommend hotels, but this is one I would highly recommend. I am looking forward to the next time I stay here, which hopefully will be soon.
