「Feels like property incomplete in furnishing, still being set.
Lots of service glitches...They couldn't sort my storage and I had no where to keep it. Quite frustrating given my locked had been prebooked.
Air con was only 'on', but not working, with windows shut - it got stuffy. No one came to fix it.
Huge space, which was nice, but felt they could have added a desk and chair in the room. Nowhere to keep your stuff other than a strange shelf unit. As bed was high, and it all just felt weird....

「Excellent location, genuine warmth and extreme generosity is what we found here. If you want a nice, safe, homely place to stay a few days, this is it. Very clean, the most comfortable bed we've slept in a month in Italy, and more breakfast pastries and snacks then we could ever eat. Fresh milk and juice also provided daily. Small kitchen perfect for preparing simple meals, and the restaurant downstairs has excellent homemade food and the nicest folks you'll meet. Thank you to Julia for...

「Really lovely apartment in a beautiful place. Views from the complex were breathtaking and the location was perfect to get to Florence, pisa and Siena. Room itself was somewhat basic but very charming and rustic. Kitchen nicely equipped with everything you might need. Special thanks goes to the hosts who were fantastic, gave us a really useful guide to the local area which we made use of multiple times and couldn't do enough to help us. Finally the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious...

「The apartment was excellent. There was plenty of room and it was clean and well equipped. The kitchen has way more space than most Italian kitchens. The bathroom had plenty of storage in the vanity for toiletries and the shower was large.Stephan is an excellent host who clearly wants guests to enjoy their experience. 「I could not ask for a better host-easily reachable when I was confused about the door lock, was flexible when I needed to access the apartment early, was helpful in finding a place to store my luggage. Also, the apartment location is wonderful— short walk from the train station and easy access to the heart of town.It might be helpful to know that there is no kitchen sink or stove. The only potential for cooking is a microwave. The only sink in the apartment is in the bathroom. However, there is...
