「What a delightful boutique hotel. The staff is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel sits on a quiet street that is a short walk to city center. It’s a bit longer to the train station but my husband and I( 70+years) easily walked it twice with multiple wheeled luggage. We would highly recommend this sweet temporary home. 」

「The hotel vibe is FUN! Our room was comfortable, clean and colourful. We loved the little notes on the mirrors. Unfortunately it was pouring rain when we were there so we didn't get to walk from the hotel as much as we wanted but we still appreciated how close the hotel was to many dining and shopping options. The entire environment from the rooms to the restaurant are welcoming and vibrant. The staff is exceptional at Mama Shelter Toulouse. Highly recommend for a budget conscious, super cool...
"When I arrived at the hotel at night, there was no staff at the front desk and I didn't know how to check in. (After about 10 minutes, a staff came.)
The room was comfortable, except for the noise from the drain pipes.
