Le Grand Balcon
Carpets dirty, room wouldn’t get warm enough and air con is non changeable so won’t go above 24 degrees or below 19 degrees . Staff are inexperienced and rude. Very dark stairwells which are painted black with barely any light, dangerous at best.

Grand Hotel de l'Opera, BW Premier Collection
The room was excellent, the staff very welcoming, polite and professional. Amenities fantastic. Would recommend to anyone, in fact, I have come back for another night!!

Relais du Capitole - Appartements d'hôtes
Nice spacious suite in a great location. Lots of great restaurants, cafes and places to sit and have a glass of wine. All key sights are in the area. As it is an apartment hotel, make sure to read the details. We arrived after 7pm and had to pay a Eur30 fee to self serve our way to the suite. We ...

Room smelled of sewage and heavy construction immediately outside of window. Shower was excellent once hot water arrived. Appreciated the free shuttle to airport.
