「Residence le Pastel Jeanne d’Arc – Toulouse Very disappointing stay 👎 The only positive thing about this place is the convenient location. Unfortunately, everything else was far below expectations. The room was very small, old, and had an unpleasant smell. The overall atmosphere felt uncomfortable and even a bit creepy, which made it hard to relax. We originally booked and paid for two nights, but after the first night, we decided to leave early because we simply didn’t feel comfortable...

「L'appartement n'était pas dans la zone mentionnée sur le site avant la réservation (plus de 500m d'écart). L'appartement est plaisant quand on rentre la 1ère fois mais il est très sombre et il est difficile d'aérer car les fenêtres donnent sur la rue et la fenêtre de la salle de bain était cassée donc impossible de l'ouvrir. Le parquet n'était pas très propre en arrivant. Pas de support dans la douche pour déposer ses affaires. Par contre la literie était très convenable. Contrairement à ce qui...
