「l was overbooked by this hotel. They transfered us to another hotel with no cost for us. If next hotel was good one, I was satisfied.... after that, I claimed value of hotel. They just said ' We kindly transfered you by our cost'. I hate this type of selfish attitude. They were paid by Experia, they cannot say "we have no responsibility in this overbooking, I think.」

Eggs, Sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc. is was more like a Bed and Breakfast! Close to Kings Island. This is where we will stay every time we come to Kings Island! 」
