「l was overbooked by this hotel. They transfered us to another hotel with no cost for us. If next hotel was good one, I was satisfied.... after that, I claimed value of hotel. They just said ' We kindly transfered you by our cost'. I hate this type of selfish attitude. They were paid by Experia, they cannot say "we have no responsibility in this overbooking, I think.」

Eggs, Sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc. is was more like a Bed and Breakfast! Close to Kings Island. This is where we will stay every time we come to Kings Island! 」
「Indoor pool was nice for the kids, location is good, lots of food options and stores close by. The WiFi wasn’t the best, vending machines really didn’t work. Staff was quick to resolve any issues we had」
