「We stayed here for the Cincinnati open and though it's a little bit of an older hotel, it was extremely clean and quaint. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic and everyone was so nice. It's much better than your commercial hotels because they have an outside gazebo and tables to sit outside, surrounded with a fireplace and trees. Would definitely recommend.」

「l was overbooked by this hotel. They transfered us to another hotel with no cost for us. If next hotel was good one, I was satisfied.... after that, I claimed value of hotel. They just said ' We kindly transfered you by our cost'. I hate this type of selfish attitude. They were paid by Experia, they cannot say "we have no responsibility in this overbooking, I think.」
