Perfect location for a stay in Toronto. Puts you in walking distance in the tourist spots and restaurants. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Only complaint was that the elevators were very small and it often took 10-15 minutes to wait for one.

My staywas exactly what I needed for this trip, a place to sleep and shower. The unit is small but thats not a problem, its a studio apartment with sliding doors for privacy for the bed, so keep that in mind if you are travelling and planning on having someone in your party sleep on the couch. We didnt need to use any of the cooking amenities but it appears to be well appointed with all of your basic needs.

I originally chose them because of the location listed, I needed something close to downtown without breaking the bank. Be forewarned, they are booking condos around the address on the listing, but not necessarily at that address. My unit was clean and close enough to where they were advertising. No parking available in the building, but they provided me with a few options which worked out okay in the end. My unit had its windows facing the highway, so it was fairly noisy all night, but at the price I found this, I wasn't expecting much either. Communication was great and easy with the providers, which was reassuring.

The roof top pool was amazing! The pull out couch needs to be replaced though. Security was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel stayed in touch with us right to check-in, to ensure all went smoothly. Very fast check-in. Starbucks right near entrance and Roger’s/CN right across the street.

The place was fine. Check in was a nightmare since the lockboxes they direct you to didn’t have any labels on them so you just had to try to code in each one to see if it worked. The elevators took forever. It’s a huge building with just 3 elevators so there was always a long line. The pull out couch was fine as long as a little kid was on it and not an adult. There are no common hotel amenities like coffee and tea. The location was great. Walkable to everywhere downtown
