"Very close (walking distance if not raining) to the old city - allow a good day to cover it all, and this is one of the least commercialised water-towns accessible from Suzhou or Shanghai, but not much else to do there unless you're at a conference etc. that the hotel caters for. Good, comfortable, clean working room with full amenities, nice view of the lake, very good local arts shop in the lobby. "This is a small inn run by a couple it is intended for guest staying visiting Dongli, a small ancient Watertown. The inn has four rooms. clean beed sheets, sun filter to the room, adequately furnished bathroom/toilet. The proprietor and his wife are very friendly. they are eager to assist and help their guest for all necessary visiting the ancient water town."
